The bulk of Eugene’s practice includes real estate closings for the purchase and sale of residential real estate and commercial property. Whether buying a home, a summer retreat, a business property or building a real estate portfolio, Attorney Glouzgal counsels his clients through the entire process of purchasing, owning and at some point selling their real estate properties.
Attorney Glouzgal also helps his clients build their family wealth through proper estate planning. By reviewing the assets and financial strength of our clients, he can advise them in the proper estate planning vehicles to protect their money and to provide for the individuals and organizations they care about.
He is also one of the firm’s personal injury attorneys. We help our clients seek compensation for damage to their property and their physical being caused by the negligence or recklessness of another. Attorney Glouzgal’s knowledge of insurance law, medicine law and experience working in the administrative end of the medical field help him advise clients from many perspectives in a personal injury claim.

Eugene is very proud to have received his education almost entirely in Connecticut. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden and his Bachelor of Science in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury.
Russian Speaking Lawyer
Attorney Glouzgal is an immigrant from the former Soviet Union.
While he was only 5 years old when his family immigrated, he speaks fluent Russian and is therefore the primary point of contact for all of the firm’s Russian speaking clients.
